All Saints Day is November 1st. We celebrate it today as a members of a community of saints as we are all saints. Everyone is guided b the Holy Spirit within each of us. We all have ministries. We are like Bartimaeus who following Jesus in faith, turning away from earthly things finding meaning and wholeness in following Jesus. This allegory of truth has been powerful for us as today we understand the miracles as allegory
In the service today, members of the congregation stood up and declared their ministries as they follow Jesus. I want to thank those who stood up and gave their truth. Many more could have done so as we are Blessed with a community of saints who serve.
We are a community of Saints, loving God, following Jesus, loving and serving in community as well as loving ourselves. We find meaning in life through service.
